Immediately after creating this blog I forgot the username and password. All of a sudden they pop back to mind. No doubt a psychologist could explain it.

In the year since first posting, my History of the Low Countries has been translated into Bulgarian under the title, as far as I can make out, История на страните от Бенилюкс.

The arrival of the copies was a pleasant surprise: the publisher neglected to mention it beforehand.
